When you submit your sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. When will my credit card be charged? You are NOT CHARGED until the day your item ships. When my order is ready to ship, What if my credit card is declined? Customers with a current valid credit card on file will have their orders shipped first. Please contact us with your new payment info if you received a new credit card so we can update your order. If we call or email you regarding a "declined" credit card you have 48 hours to get back to us with payment or order will be cancelled. RPM Collectables reserves the right to cancel customer orders when a credit card has been declined or canceled. How much do you charge for shipping? NOTHING. All items shipping within the Continental US receive Free Shipping. Is there a Sales Tax on my order? Massachusetts residents will be charged a state sales tax of 6.25% upon checkout. Can you cancel your order? Yes, however, if the item you wish to cancel is already “In Transit” to our warehouse or “In Transit” to you, there will be a $10 fee to cancel that item. When will your order ship? Items listed as “Status: In Stock” will ship within 48 hours, usually within 24 hours of purchase. Items listed as (Example: “Status, Scheduled Delivery: July 2010”), this is the month that the item is “expected” to be release from the manufacturer. These dates are all tentative. Approval issues, production delays and transit delays seem to always arise so dates are subject to change. We update the website daily so when changes are made we will update the website. What does “TBA” Mean? TBA means – “To Be Announced”. Items listed as “Status: TBA” means we have no release/ship date for this item. We update the website daily and once we received updated information we will update this item with a scheduled release/ship date. What if the item I receive is damaged? Contact us within 48 hours.
