RETURNS

Returns can only be made within 7 business days after customer receipt of shipment.

ALL returns must be authorized by RPM Collectables and must include a return authorization number (RMA). Please contact us for a RMA number.

ALL returns (excluding returns for damage or defect) are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Original shipping cost will not be refunded. Shipping cost for returning an item which is not damaged or defective is the responsibility of the customer.

In order to receive a refund (less the 25% restocking) all items returned must be in “as new” condition. That means that the car and the box must be undamaged.

Return requests due to damage or defect must be received reported within 3 business days of shipment receipt by phone or e-mail. Return authorization number (RMA) and all original packing material must accompany the return.  Once the return has been received by RPM Collectables, if available, a replacement will be shipped to you. If no replacement is available, your original purchase price will be refunded.

RPM Collectables issues ALL refunds by company check. Refunds will not be issued to credit cards. We will also apply any refund amount to a future purchase if requested.
